PAYMENT

Payment by Credit Card or Bank Transfer needs to be made, prior to us shipping out all wholesale orders.

We will not add on a surcharge for Credit Card payments. Once payment is received your order will be processed for shipping.

  
 

SECURITY and PRIVACY

Personal Information: We will include all our wholesale customers on a regular email list. If you wish to opt out you may do so at anytime on the emails sent.

We will use your details for processing orders and sending emails. We will not sell or pass on your information to other third parties,

Credit Card Transactions: All online card payments are made through Stripe and will go through security as managed by Stripe. 

  
 

 DELIVERY

  • Quick delivery: We aim to despatch and deliver your order next day, once payment is received.
  • Delivery Method: For Australian customers we use the cheapest shipping option. For international customers we ship all orders with DHL Express. 
  • Out of Stock: If an item paid for is out of stock, we will issue a credit note and refund your CC payment. If you have paid by bank transfer we will request your bank details to process a refund, or store the amount on credit for your next order.
